9th Cutting Edge Leadership Conference 2026 Info Pack # 7 FINAL (ADD-ON) . May I have more info pls... (Letters & Info Packs)
Dear ITP Eagles and Friends,
Time flies so quickly indeed! In a little over 3 weeks, we’ll be seeing each other in Hongkong for our 9th Cutting Edge Leadership Conference. This INFO PACK which is an ADD ON to the FINAL INFO PACK contains an important announcement.
We would like to announce the CHANGE IN OUR CONFERENCE VENUE.
There are several factors that led us to the decision. They are as follows:
1. The participation turnout for this conference is smaller as compared to all our previous events. The registered participants so far is only one fourth of the capacity of the venue which affects greatly the financial viability of our event.
2. The venue would not allow us to have our lunch and snack meals on site. We are unable to find a place near which will allow all of us to dine as one group. The only available option is still a longer walking distance away. The travel back and forth will eat up so much of our time for the event.
3. Accommodations in the North Point area are expensive compared to other locations.
We have discussed the matter with International Christian Assembly, our HK conference host, and they graciously offered us another venue that may solve the three major challenges that we’re facing. They allowed us the use of ICA in CHAI WAN. The estimated travel distance from Noth Point to the Chai Wan venue is around 12- 20 minutes. The MTR station line in North point is on the same line as the Chai Wan station, making travel easy for those who have booked their accommodation already in the North Point area.
Here’s some important information regarding our venue transfer to Chai Wan :
1. NEW CONFERENCE ADDRESS:
ICA INTERNATIONAL CHURCH
121 WAN TSUI ROAD, CHAI WAN,
HONGKONG ISLAND, HONGKONG

2. MTR TRAIN MAPS:
a. AIRPORT to CONFERENCE VENUE
b. MTR NORTH POINT STATION TO MTR CHAI WAN STATION
(Wan Chai Station is on the same ISLAND LINE of the Hongkong MTR as ICA North Point)
c. MTR CHAI WAN STATION TO ICA CHAI WAN (Conference Venue)
(The distance from Chai Wan MTR Train station to ICA Chai Wan is about 500 meters and takes around 2-5 minutes to walk. From MTR Chai Wan take the EXIT C which leads to E-Trade Plaza or Chai Wan Cinema building.)
3. MEALS:
Lunch meals & snacks will be served at the conference venue. There is no need any more to leave the place for mealtime. Lunch meals will be served as part of the conference package on Nov 12 & 13 only. All participants will be issued food stamps to use in claiming the meals. Coffee will always be available.
4. ACCOMODATIONS:
There are more cheaper accommodations available that are closer to the venue than in North Point. Please check using your preferred hotel booking site (Agoda.com, Booking.com) for available options
5. ACCESS 2 TRAINING:
There are no changes in ACCESS 2 program and location venue. Please read INFO PACK #3 for details.
6. REMINDER:
Please have all the INFO PACKS (Nos. 1-7 (FINAL) ) including this IMPORTANT ADD ON INFO PACK, printed out and kept in your possession. Use the INFO PACKS as reference or guide documents that you could refer to always.
