WHERE WE SERVE ... 

 In coordination with churches and other organizations,  we provide education and engage in programs and undertakings that will bring about financial stability in communities such us conducting   livelihood trainings, creation of job opportunities as well as  improving the medical and health conditions in the communities and promoting good family relations.  All these are undertaken with the ultimate objective of seeing lives of individuals, families and communities transformed by the power of God.

The Gospel is demonstrated among the youth in a context that is relevant to their lives and situations - - in a manner and language they will understand.   Projects are carried out that would help build self reliance and sense of responsibility such as grant of scholarships, conduct of vocational and livelihood trainings and alternative learning programs for those out-of-school.
   As these young people realize their worth and value founded on the truth of God’s unconditional love for them,  they are also empowered to reach out to other youth,  stir them away from despondency and depression  and lead them to a life with purpose and hope.

 Of paramount importance is to introduce children to GOD,  make them appreciate His love for them and His plan of salvation.    They need to know how they can properly respond to that love and plan. To achieve this, we vigorously engage in ministries that will promote their well-being and create an environment conducive to their continued growth and development.
Since the poor, the abandoned, the orphans and the homeless children are specially vulnerable, extensive focus is made to alleviate their sorry plight and minimize the risks to which they are exposed.  Programs on proper health and hospital care,  feeding and nutrition,  education and  improved family relations are regularly undertaken and the     results closely monitored.    It is our aim that these children are made to understand  their value and worth in God’s eyes and give them  the chance to realize their full potential.

  Special attention is given to those groups of people who lack a community of Christians able to evangelize the rest of their people group without outside help.   Many of these people are in restricted or hostile areas where Christians are victims of ill-treatment because of their testimony.  In such places, our missionaries share the Gospel boldly but cautiously often using their lives and their helps as avenues for witnessing about their faith.  Community Development projects are undertaken and livelihood projects are initiated and sustained so that living conditions are improved and poverty alleviated.  Good health and hygiene is promoted, education is enhanced and other services are rendered that would clearly manifest God’s love.  At every opportune moment, our missionaries communicate the wondrous truth that God so loved them the world that He sent His one and only Son,  Jesus Christ so that by believing in Him, they would have eternal life.

International Teams Philippines comes along side beleaguered churches and pastors. It periodically invites church pastors and leaders in forums that would create awareness of creative ways by which they can enhance their endeavors, raise funds , manage resources. and resolve conflicts.
   ITP also trains pastors and church leaders and sends them to mission exposure trips to different countries where its mission teams serve giving them first-hand experiences of cross-cultural mission work that can help them champion the cause of global missions and rally their church constituents to participate in the great commission.
    In addition to these, ITP also fields workers with specialized skills and training to augment the work force of churches and assist in the different projects and services of the churches.
