A gathering of IT MOBILIZERS committed to sounding the call of God to the Philippine churches to spread the gospel to all the nations of the world.. All IT Mobilizers who are not incorporated in any Global Mission Center automatically become members of this ministry group.
All About the Group
The recent phenomenal growth in IT's missionary population created a large number of mobilizers who are in need of leadership guidance and direction. The GMC structure, throughout the years, was unable to provide a place for majority of the missionaries who signed up for the role of mobilizers. Thus, the concept of Mobilizers Union came to the fore with the main goal of providing a working environment for ALL the mobilizers where they could function according the role that they committed in.
This year the structure was defined and developed, in accordance to the most desired workable platform for the union. The union will adopt a virtual shape and will take on an online form intended to bring out the best results in our mobilization programs. The concept of a nationwide MU Stations, online meeting and working place for IT Mobilizers, has come to fore. What makes it unique and exciting is that the medium of communications, both for mobilization and training, will now embrace the other main dialects that are spoken in the Philippines. The Union are also expected to breath fire to our webinar trainings that took on a long hiatus when our face to face programs were re introduced after the pandemic season. To simply put it, Mobilizers Union will be our main ONLINE arm while the Global Mission Centers will focus on the PHYSICAL aspect of our mobilization work.
The birth of Mobilizers Union signals the beginning of an exciting chapter in International Teams nationwide mobilization effort. The bar is raised at a very high level with the participation of a large number of IT missionaries who were put on hold for some time. This year, a big percentage of Mobilizers of International Teams will be unleashed in full force to rally the churches in the Philippines for the great commission. They will be heaven's sounding board sent to challenge and inspire the Philippine believers to embrace their prophetic identity as God's missionaries to the nations. The decades long prophecy that the Philippines will become a missionary sending nation surely will come to pass ... soon.
The years first official meeting of chosen IT Mobilizers tasked to form the group MOBILIZERS UNION. THis will be an IT historic moment that will signal the beginning of a new wave of mission mobilization that will elevate our nationwide program to a level we haven't been in before.
An introductory training event for IT missionaries who are signing up to serve as official IT MOBILIZERS. The briefing will cover full presentation of IT;s mobilization vision and strategies, nationwide mobilization efforts, roles and responsibilities as IT mobilizers, and incentive programs for the ministry.
